What is the difference between
coaching and mentoring?
Coaching can be defined as a short term, supportive process that helps the author hone in on specific skills needed to begin or finish their manuscript. It is structured and focus orientated. Coaching is generally executed within a small group although it can be done individually.
Mentoring is a long-term, one-to-one process based on mutual trust and respect between the mentor and author. It is an extension of coaching and is provided more in-depth over a longer period of time and offers a holistic approach for the author.
How is our coaching different?
We will not tell you what you want to hear but we will tell you what you need to know. It's called tough love.
Some people don't like this. It is your choice. We do not make excuses for you, nor us. However, we coach and support you from a really big heart space.
If you want to write that book you have always wanted to, we can set you on your road to successful authorship.
Are you thinking of a mentorship? Are you ready to Unleash The Words Within?
We hope so. Stories make each one of us as special as what they are. Stories unite us globally as the world becomes a smaller place and we impact each other in so many different ways.
So, if you are ready to invest in yourself and are seriously thinking of deep diving and being mentored, turning your thoughts into a book to be seen on the shelves, please contact us to arrange a time to chat. If you feel your story can inspire and inform the reader, educate and empower, we are happy to discuss this with you.
